working in a bank is haram.
    hadith by the meaning,
those providing, accepting, witnessing the exchange of interest are done war by Allah swt and His messenger.

    please stay away.
from all professional activities there are but a few that are forbiden, so do not near those dealing with interest, gambling and alcohol,

earn this life and the afterlife by choosing a good job.
if so, you will have more barakah/blessing in your earning as well. and the pleasure of Allah swt inshaa Allah.

Riba is forbidden in Islam. Those who work for organizations that have Ribs or interest charging methods are working in a frowned upon industry but is not haram but makrou (frowned upon) They should always be seeking honest wages in anything they choose for they know 1 bad dollar made will infest and eat every one of their good dollars, no matter how many they have. Surely that is clear in Al Quran for everyone to understand Riba is Haram.

Example for you: A person works as a cook at a restaurant that serves alcohol. He may be a Muslim and use also wine and other alcoholic things to cook with, but he doesn’t drink. Because the establishment has non Islamic functions around him, serve pork, drink alcohol have women that are uncovered and men and women mingling, its frowned upon that he didn’t find a place that was more Islamic upon him to work, but its not haram for him to work there.

It all falls back on intention, what is the intention and you will see the outcome is haram or not, very simple.
