I cannot pay my morgage this month. I have until the 15th but there just isnt any way that I can come up with the 1100 dollar payment for the first time in 2 years. I have money in my account but it will be taken out automatically for other bills. any suggestions besides stupid wasteful ones?

   Call the bank and tell them, normally they have some kind of scheme for this situation; dont delay, let them know straight away.

   I’d cancel all other direct debits NOW and keep that money for your mortgage.

   Its better to have a roof over your head with no power and water, than have no roof over your head and sit outside in the garden watching the lights burn that you no longer own.
