What books or sources will help me the most as a Commercial Loan Coordinator?

I’m starting a new position tomorrow as a Commercial Loan Coordinator and I want to gain as much knowledge as possible. I think I will fit into the position well but I don’t want to do a good job, I want to do an outstanding job. Can anyone tell me a good book to read that will help me gain knowledge in the field. I want something that will help me now and prepare me for future positions in the department. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
