    ones with a much higher APR that’s about all they can do. Some may pay a little bit more on APR’s for money market accounts or CD’s but that is all I can think of.

    Some credit unions can make “Member Business Loans” which are more like personal loans for a business purpose. Your best bet is to speak with someone at your credit union to see what kind of services they can provide. If you’re just getting a business started, the credit union might offer everything you need right now. If you need different loans or services, you have to use a bank.

    This credit union offers business loans ( ) so my understanding is most credit unions offer many of the same loan options as commercial banks. As with the person above me, talk to your credit union for the type of loans that you need (they might be on some comparison sites online so you can get an overview of their services too).
